Impregnation PLANT POWER & CONTROL SYSTEMS

Complete design and build from concept to site installation. Site meeting and survey to agree client requirements, system architecture diagrams, single line diagrams, block diagrams, I/O list, schematic diagrams and general arrangement drawings produced ensuring client requirements are captured. The power and control system contained all of the control gear required to operate the carbon impregnation plant 


Consisted of 1x MCC and 1x RIO Panel, The MCC containing 9x DOL and 10x VSD Drives varying in size from 2.2kW up to 15kW,  along with the master PLC for the system with the RIO being located in the plant area to integrate all of the process instrumentation such as control valves, temperature transmitters, pressure transmitters, flow transmitters, weigh cells and analytical equipment such as pH probes.


All of the above was supplied and built by our in house team using high quality, reliable components from the likes of Siemens, Schneider, Omron, Weidmuller, Omron etc...
