We have a strong background in maintenance and can support your day-to-day operational needs, whether it's responded to your plant breakdowns or preventing them with planned maintenance. We'd be happy to discuss your current maintenance regimes to see if these can be optimised to prevent unnecessary downtime or reduce unnecessary maintenance expenditure.

We can provide operational and maintenance support for all of your routine plant instrumentation needs whether it's routine calibrations or proof testing of your on site safety systems to BS EN 61511.

We have a proven track record of running and supplying transient maintenance teams for major plant outages / shutdowns, worklist's are generated and planned in well in advance of the up-coming event to ensure materials and suitably competent labour is available in good time. 

We have a strong track record of supplying fully bespoke design & build Form 1, Form 2 & Form 4 BS EN 61439  switchboards, motor control centres (MCC's) and control panels from our workshop in Hull, get in touch to discuss your requirements.

We're also able to supply fully bespoke Exd & Exe control panels certified to both ATEX & IECEx.

Hazardous area Installation, inspection and testing - Our team of specialists CompEx technicians can provide ATEX installation, inspection and remediation support along with expert support and guidance to your operations ensuring compliance with BS EN 60079. Through our strategic partnership we can support all of your DSEAR / ATEX requirements, whether this is by carrying our DSEAR risk assessment, Hazardous Area Classification (HAC) drawings or implementation of ATEX asset management and inspection software.
